Being new the the forum i thort id say hi. my name is karstan and im 24.
New to splits but not new to vws. Currently have a 71bus , 63 bug and a 68 baja but am really now wanting to take on a split.
Im kicking my self i didnt buy 2 splits for $5000 that was offered to me when travelling around Aus. Still trying to track them down. But at that point i was travelling in my 71 with minimal cash.
Im looking for a good project split ... at this point id like to either completly restore one to show condition or find a bus i can keep as an original rat.
If anyone here can help with the search id would be much appreciated
Have the cash for the rite split if it comes along. Am currently trying to sell my lowlight iv restored to mybe help fund the split investment.
