Hi all,
Recently i was lucky enough to be offered an 11 window splitty which has been sat in a paddock for many years. Along with a few others I have been chasing and trying to buy this split for a while but the owner was reluctant to sell . Well the other week I got a knock on the door and he offered it to me so I snapped it up!, will posts pics soons and advise of progress !, managed to get it running already needs brakes and a few rust repairs.
Very excited!

I heard this finally came up.
I was invited to have a look and offer a price(dutch auction or something) on this about a year ago.
I never made a offer.
Could not get a figure/value as it was conversation's between the old mate who owned the land it was being stored on and the son that owned it was over sea's on extended time, was told that he didnt really want to sell as coming back to do it up or was considering exporting it to where he was living.
heard you got a knock on the door(the luck of being a neighbour)... congrats and enjoy the build up.

That is correct I was also apart of the 3 way conversation
Which I got fed up of. Originally he wanted crazy money
And would not have sold it any way. I was definatly lucky
Being the Neighbour on this occasion!
