Future ute restorer

Hi all,
Very happy to be a part of this group!
I am in the process of looking for a DC ute project. Originally I was just looking for any old DC ute, but as I have looked more and more I think a splitty would be the best option. Either that or a lowlight, but a splitty would be my number one choice. I know I have my work cut out for me to find one that is restorable (and affordable!) but I have the patience to wait for the right one.
I have restored a few cars in the past, but to do a DC Kombi ute is the dream, so hopefully it can come true one day.
Special thanks to Joe from the $10,000 Kombi project for alerting me to this website, and for the many awesome videos. I know they are old, but they were great to watch, and I hope there will be more in the future.
Thanks for having me, and I look forward to seeing and reading further.
Cheers!
