Hi,
I've been a subscriber to d.s.k. for awhile now, but never said hi.
I've just recently moved up to Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, and was wondering if there were any members up this way that wanted to say hi. I'm always interested in talking cars and seeing new projects

The GC is a great place to live mate..I lived in Coomera for 4 years, nice people but the makeup is really varied in regards to socio-economic lines. The beach's are great, the chicks at the beach's are even better. Welcome to the Goldy...hope you enjoy your stay.

Thanks Mick, I'll take you up on that next time I'm in Noosa.
I'm always up for a coldie Zeuspig; and could talk the hind legs off the back of any animal when it comes to old VWs. What are you driving / working on at present?
I'll try and post a picture of my Ute.

I'd been looking out for one in reasonable condition for a couple of years. One of the leads I had was for one out on a farm in Toowoomba near where I used to live but the guy wasn't willing to sell. Every six months I'd make a call and ask the guy nicely and last month he said yes! I picked her up a few weeks ago.
Busy finishing off a K.G. but the ute is next. Guess I'll be on d.s.k. alot more now!
