Cheers mate, there's some pics of the floor being welded from underneath, Sam used tech screws to pull the floor down to the I beams, welded then removed the screw and welded where the hole was. We used a floor section that was meant for the D/C so a bit of mod was needed cos pillars are in different places but overall dimensions are the same, a far bit of trial fitting and removing was needed, had to be welded from underneath cos a bit of a pain to work in the enclosed treasure chest area, would be much simpler if the top bed was off too63single wrote:love this build keep em comming just want to ask a question im a average welder and thinking of welding the bed floor and cab divider my self have you done this yet if so how hard is it and if you have any pics
