How much Dynamat do you need for the rear of a van. I also want to do the entire floor area and from the window lines down on both sides in the rear.

depends on how far you want to go. i read somewere that you only need to cover around 30%, i mainly wanted to do the engine/rear for hway driving so only used left overs for the doors and sides.

measure up the area and order that much if you wana go the full hog.

i herd a smart (arse) person :) say the other day, no mater how much you put in it wont stop the howl of the air comming in when your safaries are up anyway

:) was that you guys in the silver ute that passed us on the hway

and big up for the tools mate i owe steve a few beers, the one time they were out of the bus.

no big problem, just means i wont be getting the rnr bed in for oldbar :(

basically someone stole my fuel when i was parked up for the bridge to brisbane run and i drove of and ran out 2kms up the road just of the hway , ran 5kms to a pety sation to have to pay 20 bucks for a gerry can (thats without fuel) and run back, car started but as soon as i took of it was like it was getting fuel/spark then died then good.limpd to the petty station to fill up for the second time in 24hours.tried to make it to show and totally died at a intersection with a bunch of cars behind me, had to push the bus onto the side of the road with no help from the angry people behind me.left the bus there and went back later with steves tools and a lift from chris. it turned out to have got a bunch of oil in the air filter and carby from the oil breather pipe. so i pulled of the pipe and put it into a water bottle with a hole to drive hope.

it was a better story on the day :) i was all hyped up, ended up sunburn as from all the running around.
