The dc is nearly ready for paint and would like to match the same colour but not sure the exact colour of the 71 ceylon beige???????
as i want to do some weddings for little extra cash also 54 beetle ready for paint as well would look the biz all 3 matching

Wow,
Nice lowie and a 71 deluxe - the best lowie available!
The yanks and poms call that or a very similar colour Savannah Beige.
Paint shops can usually get pretty close when you come to painting your other VW's.
I took my 71 fuel flap to an auto paint supplier and they mixed up a matching batch for me - worked well and was very difficult to pick.

It probably is a custom mix of Savannah Beige and some other tints to make the colour.
Colours look different depending on whether they are recently done or have been baked in the Aussie sun for 40 years and change colour inside to outside but your Type 3 is definately a much lighter colour.
I would take the petrol flap off and down too an Auto Paint supplier for them to match you an tin.
