hey mate, nice work.. those screw points did you have to cut to remove them , then weld back over again? Cheers Tim

Tim, they were removed and replaced with some donor ones, bit of cutting and welding but is worth it in the end.. hardest part is finding the donor parts..

Mock up with the freshly chromed bumpers... thanks to Coffs chrome and exchange bumpers, i recommend them.. 0266513577 give John a call

green???? i had a oval that colour and it was trouble.. its going to be shiny and have lots of shiny parts on it... it will be pleasing to look at...

wipers have been sorted out with chrome now, with disengagers for safaris...

fresh chrome on them as well.. die cast so had to use another guy, Glen Gleeson 0267237217 recommend him as well...

corners are getting sorted out no more dings and holes.. yay

acc pedal welded down so no movement from that one...

new section in the cargo area, have got keyhole mounts in it as well for seats if i want to put them in.... (which i probably will...)

Nice... did you have a whole replacement for the bottom of the nose? Or was it something you hammered into shape?

Same question for the rounded dorner piece that you welded on :)

headley, all the front was cut and weld and the donor pieces as well... any section that had rust was replaced or fabricated, dont want it coming back in a hurry thats for sure.. so bit of work gone into it to get it how it should be.. worth it in the end tho...
