Thanks tombi, it works both ways, you guys motivate me also to get cracking like Tony below
It was to dark to video, so had to use flash photography.
Tomorrow I'll get some lighting.
ha must catch up some time, might bring my van down to your warm garage when I put it on casters, probably push it to your placeGiobus wrote: Actually l'm a neighbour, in Boronia.

- So my flat heat drill worked a treat, But after 250 holes it finally gave out, so I'm onto my second now.

- Corner section is out, I just need to remove the edge along the back

- The corner section was a little trickier, I tried to save the outrigger and the last part of the floor is on two much thinner top hats so I had to be careful not to drill through

- Most of the floor is out

- I took out more of the floor, I tend to wear safety glasses all the time now, especially when removing spot welds, they POP and stuff flies everywhere.

Got that todaydawerks wrote:Keep it up!!
Get some leather gloves, they are handy for sharp metal edges and for welding. Also, since your garage is so small, I would get a respirator (mask w/filters) and an auto tint welding helmet.
I wear the respirator UNDER my welding mask. The welding fumes are really horrible!!

gee i dont look at this for a couple of days and look what happens, youl be in paint in no time.haha
as for castors, id think about how high you want it, its a pain to have to jack it up when you need to get under it still.
heres some i had, took about 1 hour to cut and weld up,cost about 50 with good castors you can see how much more room it makes in a single garage
i went of one side of the beam with two bolts and same on the rear but of the spring plate mount.
got me 800 clearance to make welding easyer under there.
keep it going mate love it!!!!!!
