Oh what a shame / this was another great build thread to follow.

I thank you for the kind words.
I had a few offers, and one guy came to visit her, but while showing him around, I got all nostalgic. I couldn't do it and removed the ad from Gumtree.
So the thread remains, and I will finish this build off.
