A present came in the mail,

got it on and headed for a maiden voyage up to lennox, caught up with Bruce in the 57 and Clipper, both amazing. Will post pics of the buses together soon.

But finally got to pick up my seats and install them.

Dion,

Looks sweet with red seats...
Might be time to put a plasma screen in the back and set it up as a mobile cinema....Nice and dark in there.

Did you modify the exhaust tip or have you used a beetle style muffler..?
Looks better for ground clearance..

You and Bruce should come down for the DOVW.. If you fly,I have something you can drive on the day...

Cheers Tonz :)
Wanted..Barny bits or 60's Supercharger other than Judson

fly down? and not use the bus like its supposed to be?

surely you jest..

i second the notion that bruce should come down, what cars are on offer to drive? Lauren might want to drive one there for you if you like..

exhaust is the sidewinder out of the box and put on, welding up the front joining tubes and making new flanges for the heater boxes to join them up properly.

matty had said about a plasma, but then thats all i heard. i was thinkin strobe lighting an mirror balls..

Bloody hell, it'd get warm back there!
Nice set up, Dion.
Are you fitting seatbelts too?
BTW, if you have 9 seats you're obliged to fill as many of them as you can yourself......
Cheers & God Bless

May have a spare Kombi available if not used by one of the Sydney crew..

As far as the rear entertainment area goes...
Strobe lighting would be cool ..but..Glueing mirrors to your ping-pongs is surely going to hurt...!

Got to drive this bus on the weekend again and, fuck it drives nice, so much better on its ass and steering is as tight as a nuns nasty  nice work mate, built to be driven everyday, almost thought about not giving it back but, given the fact you were at my house and holding my wife as ransom i thought, dam it, next time!

Andy, no belts in the back, more for show than anything. Theres no windows so no safety exits for poor souls in the back (hehe funny pun there..)

Hey gong, do you want her back now? It was ransom not a giveaway on ur behalf...

An LED backlit would use less power and fit nicer, only 20mm thick... :)

LOL

But the cost? I could finish off a fair bit of my mechincal work with that sort of $$...

Looking good D!
