crackin read plenty of pics to study before i start on my 59. You wouldnt have a spare set of working semaphores on that brown bus .... mine are missing not sure how hard they are to find
Keep up the hard yards cant wait to see it progress!

Semaphores are hard to find, but i might be able to organise some for you. Send me a pm when your ready for them.
The brown bus is a dual back light bus, no semaphores.

Saturday with some nicer weather.
Welding a new lip on the inner panel due to the old panel beaters cutting it off...
New top section replaced. When we lined up the corner panel, was nearly 20mm out of line and they welded it on like that before! Unbelieveable
New bottom section
New side lip which mounts onto the back end
Making the bends to the curve by working with the metal and oxy
Nearly there
Welded in place on top section
And picked up a new ride! More parts and panels bus.
Enjoy

Wow Kuch, love watching your work! That new ride looks too good to be a
parts and panels bus though.

Yeah Kuch, that new one looks too good to cut up. What is the roof like?

You havent seen nothin yet
I took the photo from a good angle
Was a chicken shed once, wouldnt say theres much left of the floor and rear chassis.
Roof is bent and the floor isnt holding together, so you can notice a small gap on the top of the cargo doors, and rather large on the bottom where the bus has stretched.

No rear axle on that poor old girl. Looks like a dog with worms trying to scratch its arse on the lawn.

Sunday with some unexpected suprises.
I love the smell of grinding off bog on a sunday morning to find some brass underneath!
Well, we can fix that
Looking better
Done
Hmm, bit out of alignment
Ahh, few tensioners can fix that
Note, all metal, no bog in this baby. Even that cheap spray can matches the original colour!
Dont they look cute together
More next weekend.
