Undercoat and spray paint
fit new center pin kit (will need a 24mm reamer)
Fit new tie rods
Fit front beam into van
Buy new shock absorbers (front and rear)
Fit shock absorbers
Transmission
Clean transmission
Drain oil
add new oil
Spray paint or clean to nice finish
Inspect axles
Buy new boot replacements
Fit new boot replacements
Remove brake system
Buy new transmission mounts
Fit transmission mounts
Fit transmission
Engine
Remove engine tin’s
clean and inspect
Drain oil
Add new oil
Fit generator and electrics from engine 2
Spray Tin
Fit Tin
Fit Engine
Buy battery
Brakes
Sandblast backing plates
Spray backing plates
Fit backing plates
Fit new wheel cylinders
Fit new drum shoes
Fit Drums
Wheels
Remove old tyres
Buy tyres
Sandblast rims
Undercoat rims
Spray paint rims
Have tyres fitted and balanced
Fit wheels
Rear engine bay
Strip upper paint
Straighten panels as needed
Weld holes as needed
Undercoat and spray paint
Buy fuel tank
Fit Fuel tank
Repair battery tray area
