back on it today, found out I cant fit the dogleg until I fix the B pillar, and that means fitting the door sill, which also means fixing the C pillar, and the lower quarter panel, all the time worring about the cargo door gaps, and I swear every time I tack welded or welded sometime they moved, I think the hardest part is these cargo doors, heavens knows what will happen when I have to repair the bottoms.

Nice work, how long did it take lining things up, any traps that did/ almost get you?

I have spent the last month full time on this, and am still adjusting door gaps as I go, I have stopped worrying to much about getting things exactly perfect because every time you weld something it moves, I think the one thing that helped me so much was the jig I got off Pat, that gave me the the door post heights and diagonal. back off the rottisorie to put away for a while, got bills to pay, and I want to have my Darwin bus ready for ReVolks, so I need to work on that, got to do something about how slow it goes, might put the straight axle and beam I have done for the cubby hut in it, dont want Brad complaining about how I slowed those guys up last time, 100 kmph or I aint going, promise,
Need more parts for the Cubby Hut, need to sort out an engine also so its on the backburner for a while, sat some wheels under it for a photo, Ian
