Sounds like saving for a shed will be in order, hard to save for anything these days with interest rates, petrol prices, etc

thanks lorraine and too true bruce, if we can ever afford to do anything we will raise the house and use part of underneath for the work shop. we would only have to raise it a bit and we would have views across brisbane to the bay.
one day
the black is on the waist now, just the roof to go.
will have to wet n dry around the pass side vents as i got some runs

Hey Mike,
would love to keep this placebut its a renter and would probably cost $800k to buy. we are moving up to mount nebo but this one will be our own( well in 30 years time
