Can’t believe I never took any photos of this, but huge thanks to Champ for helping me out with the fuel flap. The auto craft pressing around the flap is the wrong shape which means an original flap doesn’t fit. Champ had one left that he had made and fits the hole like a glove. I used a repro flap for the hinge and got it all set up and painted.

Got the doors hung. Roof is colour sanded and half buffed! Arms are buggered, time for a beer

Blown away by the talent of some of you peeps on here.
Some fine work with many good times coming for that bus. I don't even have to check Page 1 of this thread... i can still picture this in my mind, the bus in that shed sideways with such a long road to get it to it's current state now.

Thanks all, still hard to believe it’s the same bus every time I walk into the shed.
Ian, I will keep plugging away with wiring, windows, door tops, trim etc while I wait for my gearbox and front beam bushes to get reamed

First time putting windows in. Dad gave me a hand and we got the rear window and one cargo door window in. Working out a routine as we go.
