The 11 window is a Tasmanian split and came from around Launceston. We are the third owners. It is now on SI reg and enjoys the country side on a nice day.

That is also my pick of the rear ends, small window and those delicate little lights. It looks like it is enjoying back in the world again. I am looking forward to reading the story of this bus.

It does have a name and a story, if only all these splits good talk. Michael likes to share his space with his cousin Trakka

Michael as you know is a 1961 delivered new in Tas, we are the third owner. Michael was purchased in 2002 after languishing in a boat shed on the Tamar River near Launceston since 1993. The car was rust free in original paint ver thin with surface rust only, so was stripped back and painted. He is like new underneath. Thanks guys for all your inspiring comments.
Peter

Hi pete,

the bus looks great. it is good to see it on the road. I am damian Camplin that bought some hinges off you a number of years ago for the cargo doors and engine lid on my 61 ute. Just a question pete. do you have any complete 1200 split motors including tinware and exhaust? I have a short motor but need everthing else to rebuild it.

cheers damian
