hi guy's got my first 66 when i was 10 years old me and dad would go for drives in it most weekends but after a year we thought we better get the rust repaired. so we drove it to this guy to restore it for us. but after 2 and bit years he still hadn't really done much so i decided i would fix it my self. so we went out there with a trailer and brought it home. i got a welder for christmas and am starting to do the repairs my self. then i found out about this wreckers that had a couple kombi's so we brought a 58 home. and then a couple weeks ago we won a 58 kombi ute buy accident on ebay. so now ive got three projects. hope i get good at welding.

So Red Hot,
you're the guy that won the '58 ute in Dubbo. And it was an accident? Nice accident! I tried to bid for it but my bloody slow internet fizzed out...
Cool collection of buses
If you don't want your accident, PM me...

The ute klaus has is not the 58 from dubbo, its a 55, a later model from dubbo sold a month or so later which looked similar and went for more than double what we paid for the 55
