hello all,
after a good few years running around in bays, finally got a split again
,
brought in from Ohio late last year. i have been looking for a complete splitty camper and the originality of this one swung it. photo bucket link to work done so far

Love the S023 interior. They remind of an old 50's train sleeper carriage with the lights and timber panelling. Nice find, be good to see this one day.

cheers all, i think shes awesome, will have to see if the LHD does my nut in. always a gamble buying sight unseen over the internet,

plan is to keep it stock looking but make it stop steer and go well.
does anyone know how many SO23 westys are in oz? i saw one in a mag once at a qld show i think.

Looks complete. Did you get the sisal mat, cups, breadloaf cover?
Edit; I see the cover, very nice! And the clamshells, awesome! What colours do you think it was? They had lots of neat variations on SWR.

That is a link to the SO23 Registry. Your's looks to be 1 of 5 in Australia. RARER than a barndoor that's for sure

hey, no empka beakers or sisal mat,no mauser bowl or toilet either, the breadbox cover is good with no cracks, got the watertank and tap and pump,
heres the marble mat that goes in the back above engine,its a bit shagged,
i checked that registry, i think a few of those SO23 are in NZ?
also came with complete set of new rubbers
