Gday All
I thought it was time to give something back to the DSK community, so heres some pics of my 57 panel, or whats left of it.
Ive started to disassemble the rusty areas prior to fitting new parts.
The top half is pretty good, down low is the rusted areas.
Ill be fitting a AH code beetle gearbox, creative adjustable IRS rear end, hydraulic clutch, narrowed K an L front beam, disc front brakes, safaris and twin carb engine, . Havent thought about engine too much yet (suggestions for this combo???)
Got a bit to worry about before then though.
cheers Chris (oldturtle)

Well done for taking it on Chris, it'll be a beauty when it's done.
Keep chipping away and you'll do it.
Best

Hi smiff
Yes it will be a big job. But Ive always wanted one and am determined!
As far as panels go, not really sure. i was thinking autocraft mainly. Ive heard they are a good fit.
Any opinions on this?
Oh well thanks for the comments.
Ill check in again soon when Ive made some progress.
cheers Chris
