Jus got back in with a weekend away with some Father and Daughter vanlife experience (campings what I used to call it ?)
Anyway arrived Friday night to a cracker of an electrical storm, stuck in van that night but stuffy. Saturday a lot better, day swimming and exploring and back to the van for tunes, beers and bbq. Trip home bumped into Warbs on his own weekend away and cruised home together in one of the wettest days I’ve driven a bus in .....can’t wait to do it again next year with my other x2 girls.

April (eldest) just wanted a weekend away with Dad in the van. Which I believe if a teenage daughter says that, take it and run with it !!
As I'm sure as she gets older - hanging with Mums or Dads with out force will become like finding a Barny......
I guess she's heard the stories growing up with our adventures in a bus early on & wanted to experience it too.
On the way home, she did mention it would be cool to have a van to travel around in...but maybe not a splitty Dad as they leak and can break down

was a good catchup man, a beit in grodlock on the way back... roof of your gazibo looks good too man, looks brand new!

Great pics Linz. And yeah, they do drift away for a bit - my girls are now 23 and almost 22 and living away from home but more engaged with us now than a few years ago I reckon. (And us with them )
