Weekend campout with 6 splits - Perth

The annual German Car Day show was sadly missing splitties last year so some of our No H2O collective decided to fly the flag this time around. This year it was held in Northam which is about 110kms east of Perth on the main highway. We all headed up the day before about an hour off the track to a place called York (population about a dozen ) and set up camp at the local caravan park. BBQ, beers, tales, and a trip to the pub Saturday night for some (delayed) pizza and more beers. Next morning we packed up and headed to Northam. Rolled into the middle of all these Mercedes, Porsche's, and Beemers at the park. I reckon they stuck us commoners over in the corner of the park behind some trees so they could disinfect the grass when we left.
Anyway, the busses were actually quite popular and we had heaps of folks asking tonnes of questions. Despite the crap weather, bucketloads of rain, & frozen asses, we had a top time. No mechanical hassles and it was a sight to behold, seeing all these splitties cruising out in the country back roads and highways.
All in all a brilliant time - I believe they want to do some camp trips more often so if you've got a bus, bug, or anything feel free to come along!
