I love the wheels - something a bit different and classy yet tough - suits a custom ute perfectly. 8) The results when a real passion becomes a career are astonishing in the detail. I hope I see this in the metal one day.
Imagine what you would do if you knew you couldn't fail.

Well, after a very long haul Hoves' single cab is finally finished in time for Christmas. Like with Ian's (shark's) bus, Hoves' has taken us a lot longer than we (and Mick!) would have liked.....both buses have surprised even myself in terms of how many hundreds of hours are chewed up in the final details - its amazing how many days are lost sorting out the little things which you think will only take an hour or two.

Nonetheless I feel the wait was worthwhile as Hoves seems very pleased and reports the single cab made it back to brissy without drama yesterday (apart from going through two of the biggest storms he has been in - fortunately no hail).

Thanks to Michael for letting us run with a few ideas to make the SC a unique one-off car, I'm sure it will turn a lot of heads.

Here is the man himself:

I'll let Hoves update any photos if he wishes but otherwise I've added a stack of detailed photos here (and on previous pages):

Cheers
Al

Video is a bit crappy but here is a quick walk-around of the ute - still pictures always can hide panel work but looking up and down the sides usually tells the true story!
