had to do something tonight so on with the lower front apron epoxied on the inside then welded on.

only had a little time this evening as my day job is hectic at the moment.
so got lower valance cleaned up d/side "a" piller sorted and marked out bumper holes .
couldnt help myself to a test fit looks good so far.

I wish , the lower flat panel yeah but nose no is a Autocraft section not worth the time taken to make one. $220 i think from george at classic

d/side dogleg almost done and floor in , royce dropped in and got front pass door fixed up with locking strip fitted and door frame bolted in with more than the previous 2 bolts and all drums painted , also got a good headstart on gearbox removal and engine has been out for a week now with flywheel off to find leak which looks like its coming from the case halves above the cam plug . Royce has taken interior to get another copy made and front seat fixed up.

Those internal corner welds look like a bastard to do...

Easier to clean up with your hand-held linishing belt...? (saw it on the floor in one of the pics...)

Must have understanding (or deaf) neighbours to not not hassle you about all the grinding/cutting going on at your place ....

neighbors are cool they play willie nelson and kamahl full blast and the others have parties till 4am , I stop noise at 6-7pm and shed doors are always shut.
for cleaning welds i use small air grinder with cut off discs and the small linisher/belt sander and flapper discs on the grinder. always a fun job.
