hi guys i first joined when i first got my bus 3 or so years ago when i was 10 and forgot about it but now im 13 i thought i better post something.now about the bus it a 66 11window that i brought fully registered in S.A. the out side looked good and i thought i would only have to do up the inside but was i wrong paint and bog can hide alot so i took it to a guy almost 2 years ago to get the rust cut out and replaced and i still haven't got it back.i only see it when the guy needs another replacement piece.

Hey Red Hot welcome, never to young eh?

I couldn't afford any sort of vehicle when I was 10!

Keep it up, you'll be able to take over from the DSK legends b4 you're 20!

well i couldn't really afford it mum and dad helped a little but im slowly repaying them with the money i get from my junk mail round.

Good on ya, you still have 5 years (i think) before you get your license, so you have plenty of time.

Got any pics of the old girl? (bus, not mum)

bettter not show mum but might need to show dad as he would like mine to go faster as hes the one that drives it for now :twisted:

Have you and family taken pics of the work being done to your bus ?
Sounds like it sould be pretty smicko by the time you get your L plates.
We have a young mate not to far from us that drives his splitty to school now he on P plates.
No joke...He is King of the road around here..... 8)

i havent taken any pics but the guy who's doing the work has supposedly taken hundreds of pics so when i get it back ill start a resto thread on it.
