Hi here is a run down of my project 63 LHD 15 window that I have been working on for 5 years and still have not finished. i'll be bringing this with me if we decide to stay.

Panels replaced and repairs done.......
front lower inner and outer complete panels replaced
lower nose panel 3"
lower front window repair panel
holes near air scoop welded closed
both A posts
Both B/C posts
repair panels below door catches made and welded
Closing front arch panels made and welded
long strip running across bottom of bulk head
Both dog legs
complete front floor
lots of random cab holes welded and repair panels made.
various chassis rail repairs carried out
all outriggers, top hats, t sections and centre sections
complete cargo floor
both inner sills and cargo side outer sill comlete
complete long side replaced and all lower strengthener posts replaced
cargo door lower skins replaced (both sides) and both inner strengthening sections replaced
lower repair panel short side and the odd hole
rear tub closing panels both sides front and back
complete rear corners up to swage line replaced
battery tray replaced
various engine compartment repair panels made
rear section above deck lid
rear roof section repair
lots of other random holes welded close

Mods.....
IRS rear suspension using genuine 68/69 parts
creative horns and creative adjustable spring plates
4" narrowed beam (using end plates) welded adjusters and drop spindles
CSP disc brakes for 15" steel rims

Engine....
complete rebuilt 1600cc including new cylinder heads
single 34pict carb at the moment but once run in i have a reece fish race carb from the 60/70's
very detailed (old school) with dressed ht leads orange and black, ht lead tube atached to manifold, glass fuel filter similar to the empi original, lazer engraved pully, ram flow filter, cylinder head oiler (just for show)
Stainless flat four 4 tip abarth exhaust and stainless j tubes
12v

Nice bits.....
safari front windows (probably get a rear aswell) painted
8 pop outs painted
VDM steering wheel repro
KDF hub caps repro
deluxe trim (original)
oil, amp, and redX vacuume robot guages for the air vent panel and a chrome push start button in the air vent panel.
canadian vw script and american dealer badge

loads more to get but still work in progress.

You cant really see the colour in these pics because the light was crap.
Its a pastel green lower and a cream roof

I ran the engine yesterday for the first time, The abarth four tip sounds nice.
Tomorrow I'm going to drive it for the first time since i have owned it and along while before that. The amount of times during the project that I stood back and thought the day would never come and now it's here and I'm stoked.

The colour is vw pearl White roof, and the lower is a new fiat colour used on the new fiat 500.
The script is a vw Canadian only script.
Thanks for the comments great to know hard work is appreciated, looking forward to getting my cruze on.
