I gather it doesn't run.
How was the compression when you got it?
What needs replacing?
Sticking with that carb or going 1 size bigger?

it had a little compression, so pulled apart, resealed the barrels, the rings arnt the best but they will do for what its for, reset the clearances on the tappets, and actually had a bit more compression after that, the engine actually seized after i pulled it from the car so pulled it apart an found nothing stopping it.
rebuilt the fuel pump/ carby an put back together. got new engine/gbox mounts goin in 2moro then hook up some new battery cables an hopefully start it this wk.




if all goes to plan anyway...

i know its a beetle exhaust but it will do for now an the cut outs were on the valance already so why not utilize the brutality. haha
