i was avoiding you, i still owe you for that steering box seal from over 8 months ago :wink:

was only talking about the kms my slut bus has racked up since i got it on the road.i think more than it did in the other 55 years i didnt have it.

gave the roof a wipe down at lunchtime- looks like new (if you squint anyway):shock:

bit of progress - got the front mount changed for the gearbox and fitted up the new nosecone and hockeystick - kablammo! gearbox in 8)

Still had the OG engine lid and crank hole valance! That is an awesome find.

youll have to ask Chris if he has the same phone with the pic it was a long time ago. he can inform you of the finder who will defos have pics as his computer is like the Bermuda triangle of pics of buses.

Thanx Scott I spoke with Chris at Valla his going to dig around for the old pics but I think he might be on his honey moon going off his instagrame posts. Iv sent a second pm msg to the guy who got it from the quarry but nothing yet. Im taking it to a local car show this weekend so was hoping to get something sorted to hang in the window. Ill post a few pics how it sits now but ill be starting a proper rides thread also Cheers Ev

So this is how it is now many hours spent scraping the old grey paint off to get back to the dove blue I also discovered it was once a ampol van.
