57 Double Door
Hey Guys.
I had posted some photo's of my van earlier on when I joined but thought I would get a topic going to continue with the build. Close as now to getting sprayed. Its taken a while though gonna be worth the wait. Should be in colour next week. (hopefully).
Big Thanks to those who replied about the 36HP i enquired about aswell. Had some great replies and everyone more than willing to help out.
The plan is to have the van the same as it was rolling of the factory floor.
Having troubles with paint matching though. I'll post that later.

Tell me about it. It's stumped me for a long time. I've had it for five years now. No fuel gauge. Only on off below bench seat. No factory indicator on steering column . Had a after market type screwed to the column. If you can find out more would love to know about it!!

is there a number preceded by the letters DDV stamped in the engine bay?
Rear wheel arch changed in 63,, so flat rear arches with low hinge cargo doors would suggest 62 model.
Australian assembled buses usually have funky info on the birth certificate, my 62's birth cert says it was exported to Fiji, but is an Aussie built bus.

Squat, place chin on chest, tuck head and tip forward, shoulders connect with ground and back follows through, legs go over the top and feet land on the ground. That's how I roll!
