@ bulliboy - very exciting, overwhelming, but eager as! Drinks tray/doorcards will be keeping, but perhaps I could cut patterns of the door cards for peops when I take them off if anyone is interested?
@ Rawdyn - Can't waite for you to meet her aswell, thanks. She will look epic running as a Ratbus! :D
@ Shaven - playmates are very good, damm right sexy! But can I catch my breath first?
@ Warb - Cheers! I hope I treat her right!
@ Tonz Magonz - Cheers! I hope to do her proud. I'm the 4th owner of Ruby, the 2nd owner dubbed her this, I believe in Kombi Karma, so have decided to stay with her rightful name. And Ruby is an exceedingly beautiful name.
@ Cam, thanks Cam, a big project that I will tackle in little bites. As the Balinese say "Hati Hati" will take slowly with caution!
@ Mid West Dubbers - Updates will proly come in dribbles as I have heaps of projects on the hop this year so far - Double Decker Bus, Vintage Train & Tram Carriage to name a few. But look forward to seeing more updates from you aswell :)

Ruby will be restored so that I can run her as a daily. She will be run as a rat first, until maybe later evolve into a shiny? Not sure yet. I was thinking of using this bomber devil girl my husband painted as a motif on the back rear quarter panel. But age it, so it looks like the Vintage Bomber Girls you would see on the side of the B52's. I may take off her wings tho, but keep the tail & horns. What do you recon??

Thanks winerot, I am going to keep everything pretty much stock & restore/protect as much of the interior as possible. Cheers :)

Agreed. Nearly impossible to remove intact though. Have you had any success in removing one Wal?
