progress might be slow as i need to get some donor steel and have to take on some work on another bus to get the bits i need - unless anyone out there is in cutting or has cut an early bus (I need the bit that sits under the spare wheel) also need to remember to get the washing in before i start next time or i might be moving out

Went and had a look this morning, didn't have a frost so I could actually see it .
Its not in bad nick but will need a small patch on the left rear corner, I have already removed the tool box part from on top of it so it wont be too hard to get out.
I took some pics on my phone, send me your No. via pm if you want and i'll shoot them up.
Cheers Marty

when you think you're sick of welding.... try grinding for a few hours, it sure does give you a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the old mig!!
almost ready to replace the rear floor now but i need to put in new tubes for the handbrake cables and clutch and accelerator cables - can anyone suggest what to use and where to get?
pretty psyched yesterday as i've been doing some welding for a fellow dsk'er in exchange for a 61 that i was going to use as donor steel- only i've been convincing myself that the 61 is worth saving also
so yesterday i had a look about the yard and found almost all the cuts i need (or at least bits that i can manipulate to look like the bits i need)
RESULT
