50's (non-barndoor) SC
hi there,
My name is Michael and up until now, I have been a lowlight only owner. But soon
I might have found an early SC and the recovery might require me bringing a spare wheel.
Question:
I have a spare 14" wide 5 from my lowlight. Will this fit a split front drum needing 15"?
Answer:
stay tuned

thanks all. What a great response. Thats a good point. Will make sure I bring a camera.
It has one front wheel (with tyre), one front rim and no arse end. I can't tell if the tyre is flat or submerged into the ground. HAHA
What are the chances of an 'out in the weather for 30 years' wheel retaining air still (will bring a offroad 12v compressor in case it helps)
67dub, where are your recovery photos from oct? Love to see what I am getting myself into. Did you buy the bus you wanted soooo bad?
cheers
michael

In need of a cuddle Matty?
Great to see another, hopefully, single cab lover here
It's ok Matty, Michael got his question answered about the wheel and i'm sure he will put more info and details in a thread in the actual members rides and projects when he can, as this is just the Say G'Day thread.
Welcome to the forum Michael and as Matty started this Double Cabs are better than Single Cabs debate, i welcome you to the SC team. Now go get her and start a members ride thread so we can admire

matthew, do u need a cuddle? dutch rudder? reach around? double knuckle up the farter?
sounds like a sour taste is left because there is only one seating arrangement.
when u just use a sc for the tray (an not call in the morning) u will realize the usefulness of such a ingenious contraption. an just remember, drop gates is for all drop sides regardless of the lenght, or width or size....
size doesnt matter.
or is that made up by guys with small......... trays? (penises)

Thanks Matty for the threads. Its also given me a little background on the shenanigans going on here.
I agree with MissVdub, my question was answered and I'm just saying g'day. As you were people! HAHAHA
BTW, I didn't chose an SC, it chose me. Just one of those conversations by the water bottle.
bye bye for now ->
