getting there.....

Done plenty of puttycoating and guide coating since this photo was taken a few months ago!

Nearly ready for paint - just cant decide what colour!!!!! I have test pots of Anthracite, Misty grey, smoke grey, light grey, steel grey, fontana grey - need to decide and get her painted, like this week!

Need a mid-warm grey I think, with some red in it. Not too dark and not wussy either.

Pick the your favorite colour and do the whole bus (panels rock one colour) Two tone if no good

I just wanted to say.............

I am painting my panel tomorrow - phew

At last - spent the last 9 months sanding, filling, priming, guide coating.... and it is finally over....

the last two weeks have been intense - my girlfirend thinks I have lost it! I think she is right

Boy do I want to take this baby to go to Valla - could still happen - I have a whole week doing nothing else but putting her back together - i have all the rubbers, glass, mechanical parts and engine ready to go!!

I would say there is a slim chance it could happen, i have even booked it in for a roadworthy on Thursday - - am I dreaming

I figure..... I do this for a living, every day... now is the time to pull the strings.....

can anyone else hear the beer talking or is it just me.

Go for it Dozza... You'll never know your true abilities until you put yourself to the test of meeting a seemingly impossible deadline.Any one else able to lend a hand at this critical point??? Remember ,,we've all been there... Tonz ps..Sleep when you get there..!!!!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

painted..... not looking like I will have it ready for Valla - but I there is still hope.... hoping to take the type 3 if I dont get it roadworthy in time. lowrider......
