21 window- in the beginning
My bus, owned for 20 years or so, off to Mark Stidwell's for some beautifying. Much of the removable stuff-doors etc now in primer having been finished for a while. Though I did give him some good stuff to work with- NOS bumpers. NOS drivers door, NOS side door. Will be as original as I can make it.

A 20 year collection of NOS stuff will go back on this bus. Some more pics following inexpert (me) stripping. Mark knows his stuff- beautiful? -not yet , but one day.....

Leroy, in more than 20 years of split ownership this is the second best one I have owned. I am only the second owner (yes proof is available) of this bus- an export (ex Hamburg) bus that came with it's immigrant first owner. It is a '66 sea blue/cumulus white with the rare aero papyrus interior. Completing the interior to original condition to match the body is likely to be the most difficult part. This includes trying to find a RHD blue rubber front floor mat!

what to do about the tank! Looks good, but looks can deceive! More progress to follow.

progress, slow but when you start with such a good canvas who can go wrong! Mark is the artist, not me!

Re: 21 window- in the beginning
Be really interested to see the final result of this build, but it looks great so far.
I've had my 1965 21 window for about 20 years and it's currently stored near Adelaide.
I'm a few years away from starting the rebuild though......
