Cheers Brother, I'm sure on the brand as it was bought back in 1999, I had put the roof up but no walls until now. It was the kombi that made us finish it off as I wasn't going to work on it in a open car port. The size is 6.5m wide by 7.5m long and 3.5m high.

Day 3 on the blasting, must say I've got garnet granules coming out of everywhere even with a tyvec suit on. Its a slow process but kind of fun watching the old paint fly off.
Bottoms done now on to the front and insides.

Almost done, sides to do and a final past over any missed bits. Then primer to stop it rusting while I work on the welding. For those who want to know I'm using a peerless P19 15cfm compressor 4hp with a custom 200ltr tank running that though a smaller tank up near the shed then into a 10gallon pressure blaster. Its works quite well but the compressor is running every 3 mins to catch up. I slow process but I can say I've done it myself.

Back on line with a new head gasket on the compressor and its back on track after the 1 week blasting mission done. Now its on to a little welding of the bottom chassis rails and floor.

Time for the outriggers and jack points to get welded in. Then on to repairing the window frames rust.

Finally got the bus in primer, I've used epoxy primer, 2 coats after a final clean up of the panels. Left it for 3 days at 25 degrees in the shed. Amazing how a coat of paint makes it all better ;)
With only a few weeks left to work in her I'm trying to get as much done as possible then its off to work in the snow till October.
