61 panel
I got to a point on my samba, where I though I could f#%k this, it been 10yrs since I worked as a fabricator, so Im getting my mate to do it, it's a samba couldn't run the risk!!!
So I bought a 61 panel of Miki, [and my mate f#*ked him over on his rat panel. Sorry)
And thought I'd sharpen up my skills on this old girl, it needs the hole lower 6 inches done, at sum point the roof was removed, but it came with a complete roof, to do the repairs,
And I'm hoping I get that on this weekend, it's a prity solid bus, and it's still wearing its paint!!
Keeping it too! I was unlucky enough to crash my bay camper earlier this year, so il b using all the running gear out of that, so that means Subaru conversion and auto box!
I Also picked up a bay front beam narrowed 4 inches and drop spindles this week, prity pumped on that
My aim is to have it running rego'd for around 10k with using my bay as a doner and doing all the fabrication mechanical and electrics my self, learn a bit a long the way!

Keep the pics coming of your roof repair as I need to a few little repairs on my bus at some stage.
Glad all's ok after crashing your Bay...
Cheers Jamie

Late 63, there are a few around with high vents small window, but not a whole heap. Nice one
Squat, place chin on chest, tuck head and tip forward, shoulders connect with ground and back follows through, legs go over the top and feet land on the ground. That's how I roll!

My sambas a 63/64 but has a big window,
I got the roof on today, still a bit to do, still need to fab up the roof cross brace bottoms, they were rusted on the doner roof,

Nice work
Is this being done in Windsor?
I would love to have a look when
You're bit closer to finishing
