thought it might be about time to share my build.
after my 72 lowlight went missing and never returned I decided to get another split. I had one years and years ago , single cab with the high roof, was pretty solid to. I got it from the gold coast, shipped it to Adelaide and after a few years a bloke from Sydney bought it off me, not sure what happened to it from then ? anyway, living back on the coast now I got the blue and white one from Brisbane, the old easter fest bus , well you know what they say about shiny paint...............

I knew the floor was pretty average but it was worse than expected, underneath was real bad, this poor old girl has had lots of "patching" over the years.... time to sort it out properly.

spot welds aren't a problem compared to welded in plates.....
