Thanks mate, I'm sure you will see it getting around the place. Or welcome to drop over anytime.
Sorted out the gears today but I took it back to the auto electricians to fix a few issues.

Saw you today on the Wises rd r'about, I was with a student doing a lesson just before a test...within 5 mins of parking I had a text from Bob saying he'd spotted us both on the roundabout ha ha ...small world or what.
Bus looks damn good mate, you've done a great job.

I had a support there but obviously wasn't strong enough.
It's all sorted now tho. Won't snap again!!!!
Farkin thing!!! Been driving it heaps lately and she is running sweet.
I can only hope it stays that way

Jesus son!!! wasn't bob running his all that time with no extra mount at all but.
you used the standard mounts from the suby motor and solid to chassis didn't you?
glad I went for a rear support mount now but you got me worried a little
dam things really arn't fun to change by yourself, ill add that much.

Yeah I had a bad shutter on take off so I think that contributed on it snapping.
Now the rod from under the gear stick that runs under the bus has snapped its been welded back together but it's really thin and will probably snap again.
Can you buy these new?
Not sure the name of it but connects under the gear stick and runs under the bus to select the gears.
