Hi Damo
My plan is to have the fan mounted above pushing air down through the cooler. Not easy to find a spot that is protected but with good air flow as well......

We have colour! Not too hard to guess which VW colour it is......
I had to buy one of these little spray can to get into a couple of nooks and crannies a bit better.
Also got some black on the pedals, handbrake etc

Yeah not enough Turkis around.
I was thinking of Gulf Blue but then there are so many blue kombis around and the Found but Never Lost thread tipped me over the edge........

Hi Jockster
Just a local parts place. Handy for tight spaces where you can't get into with the big spray gun.
I suspect you'd find one on ebay

Re: Darwin '67 11 Window Resto Project
The fun continues......roof all stripped back. A few bits that were pitted were treated to some Deoxidine Gel hence the glad wrap.
Then the whole roof was rust treated and then primed. Going to be a little bit of work to get it all looking nice and smooth I suspect.......
Rims have been powder coated but there was some damage around the valve stem holes and I sent them back to re-do.

Hours and hours and hours of fun to get the roof looking straight......Geez Been a saga, but is now in final prime ready for paint.
Hopefully the roof will be finished this weekend and free from bugs !
A mate up here is in the tyre game and got me these Maxxis 205/75 x 15's at the right price.

Cheers guys. Ground clearance is the hot new thing #notgoinglow
Got the roof painted yesterday, not too bad for my first crack at painting colour. A bit of dust in it but thats what you get painting in a shed not a booth…..wish I had the bucks but there you go.
Hard to get a decent photo…..
