Thanks Cozza. Funnily enough we made the choice to go against what we thought was popular in busses and went what we liked based on the brief that if you could have walked into a 1966 vw dealership and bought what you wanted if you were wealthy enough than it suited the resto. I was not sure if people in a would like it as it is dull when parked next to a lot of busses. But suits our city scape in Brisbane anyway.
I am glad you like it. Was a hard choice for colour and interior.

Just as a matter of feedback. I am not sure if my overheating was all a load of who hah.
I had my first freeway run on the weekend to the GCdubshow since having a VDO oil temp sendor and it was all good. Sat at 110km for the 15 minutes it takes to get to the turn off and at 100 for the logan motorway prior to that and on the way down in the morning only hit 100degree.
And on the way back it got to about 105-110degree and cooled down to 80-90 after backing off a bit. It was hot by the time I was coming home.
So not that big a deal. I thought I was hittimg much higher than that.
And if I stayed at 100km/hr it probably would have been under 100 degree but I was in he fast lane both ways.

Having driven a twin plug in a daily driver for a couple of years - you have chosen well! Great bus. 8)
Won't be many buses keeping up.
