same as system I have here ..but I wasn't impressed with rear bagged setup as bags too far back and limit overall height avail with bags supplied ..I had at full lift 100mm at the cradle but did have small rear tyres than normal

The rear set up is different, this has the updated rear arms which have a different angle, and shock location. On full inflation I'm getting more like 170mm at the rear, its almost too much and the bus has a raked look. my tyres are 65 profile so the mounts are way over the 100mm limit to ground. What I'm trying to get is more lift out of the front, will play around more once its got rego. Also I have got another set of bags that go up to 11" but these are way too tall and raise the back up heaps!!

I think the biggest limitation is the shocks not any other parts, you can put in a longer shock which gets you more travel but you loose it at the other end and the bus doesn't go low enough its a happy balance I guess. I'll be happy to drive around at 110mm all the time for now.

cheers mate, I'm back on it now just going through a few little jobs that are taking time, final wiring, door cards, shifter and motor install.
Dave's ordered the head lining and it should be in after I'm back from Bali.

yep been back a week and back in to build had a few set backs with the brake lines, I thought I would go stainless steel bunting and it turns out they are a real bitch to flair had a heaps of leaks and had to rip them all out of the bus which meant pulling the front end off, etc etc!! Now I cracked it and took them to a brake shop to redo them in zinc coated steel.
Dave's starting the head lining on monday then its engineering.

Had two days of test driving, running motor in and trying to find out whats up with my empi shifter or linkage. I can get 1st and 2nd easy 3rd and 4th a little harder and reverse goes in without the trigger pulled up. Question, is the front shift rod meant to be straight up and down if you look down the floor into the ball socket? Mines on an angle and i think its stopping the shift pattern.

From memory there is 2 dimples on the rod where the grub screw locks into on the rod joiner, under bus just near heater pipe, maybe you have the grub screw locked into the wrong dimple

I had the same problem. Do you have an aftermarket nose cone?
