Been away for a while and been busy, building and fitting a full turbo motor into my bus at the moment.
here are some pic s of a van that was in a local workshop.

some more pics for you all. the black sliding door 65 just sold to a guy i know, im working on that one over christmas, fitting a 2110 that i am building and a narrow front beam .
The Cabrio bug is a 59 belongs to a guy from London, i built him a 1776 on weber 40s , dont you just love the stance looks just right !

been another busy week , have been fitting a 1776 motor that used to be in my bus, i stripped it and gave it a freshen up then fitted it into Damon s 59 23 samba. will post some more pics when im finished.
also a pic of the next motor i just finished, its a 2165cc going into a 59 devon.

I am thinking metallic black with metallic yellow highlights/two tone would look good...

Love that bug though, it is excellent. Saw a bug running around Melbourne a few years ago with the number plates 'INSECT', thought it was very appropriate lol

Been busy still here is the latest engine build an install, 2007 cc in a bug , the main difference is the car is semi auto because the owner is disabled.
I am now working on my 67 bus stripping the engine and re building ready for the turbo , will get some pics on soon.

the bus was fully restored by dave palmer at creative engineering and was converted to rhd .
its up for
