Yeah had to push way past where it had to go
Was mostly go a bit, back off check, go again check until we ended up there

Hoping to spend the day on it tomorrow while listening to the dollar coins ( rain ) hit the roof of the shed

Got to spend a good solid day and late night in the shed over the weekend
Unfortunately my dollar coins hitting room during the day didn't happen as we only 0.5 mm till 5.00 luckily it started rain after that till midnight with a lucky total of 14 mm
Anyway back to the bus

Had the doors on and off multiple times as u can imagine
To get to a point where they open and shut and the gaps are somewhat satisfactory given the doors and hinges have seen some roll over damage in it previous life

Wishing I had a spot welder
Lots of plug weld
Proof I removed that shit green primer
Set up the paint both in front of the fire, with my new sheep dog pup ( Kanye West ) keeping a eye on precedings

Pushed on into the night till 1.30 to get this b pillar welded in

Pretty happy with it only issue really is the bead line on the gearson doesn't line up too good with the other doors

Nan it's a BBT one from the same blokes that are making the roofs now, but yep champ has made a couple of them one for his bus and the other for joes bus

I think this confirms my repair piece needs cut and shut, I shouldn't be surprised but still a long way in front from making a new one from scratch

The b pillars looks pretty dam good mind u I haven't hung the doors yet

It would seem I owe BBT a applogy
There A and B pillar connect is correct for a straight un rolled bent bus/ door top

Started having a play with this repair piece

Was to tight in places and gap was of f
More hits with a big Hamer was needed
Then a cut a shut to sort it out

That fit a bit better
Hopefully I'll get this welded in the next few days
