First chassis repair ticked off. This inner section was very thin and needed replacing. Inside the chassis rail was sandblasted, treated, primed and painted for future protection.

More chassis work. Sandblasted, primed and paint inside for protection.

Onto the left side chassis rail. Blasted, primed and paint inside before closing it back up.

Spent a few nights after work stripping the paint off the back side of the bulkhead. Strip discs, wire wheels etc. The edge of the left B pillar will get stripped properly when it gets repaired.

Repair section welded in the bottom of the bulkhead and ground back. Still a little bit of welding to go but this will be completed along side the B pillar repairs...

I beams, top hats, shift tube and handbrake cable tubes clamped in for a trail fit. Shift rod tube is the OG sandblasted and primed. Handbrake cable tubes were rusted so I made new ones to spec. including the flared end on the front...
