There's a real tight brains trust down there in SA. It's refreshing to see the VW spirit of helping out your mates is alive & well.
I'm looking forward to getting down there & meeting you blokes.
Bus is coming on great too BTW.
Tony.

I do like black steel rims on a bus
No matter what happens they can't take you out in the street and shoot you......

A repair/rebuild I have been putting of since I got the bus
Pop out windows, I’ve read on thesamba how these can be a right pain the arse
I finally decided to give it a crack, wish me luck

First set are og to the bus so have some nice roll over graze patina marks

Second set are pretty mint for old pop outs and have og white which I’m not sure is a correct match to seagull Grey
But only need a new outside rubber

Third set are average at best and might have to do till I find another set at maybe a swap meet at a later date
( sing out if anyone has a old set kicking around from a old bus )
Rusty did u keep all those frames u scored at the day of one year, looking for a latch holder for one frame
Cheers
