Very slow on the front, even in corona times. Found some bits for it. Nothing special but pretty neat.

We are now also been evicted due to highway construction shortly, so have to move everything out soon, so I thought it Would it be a good opportunity to put bits on the bus to save on carrying more stuff around than what I need. Got some secondhand tyres on the rims, and stuck the engine where it should be. Couple of fitament issues but hopefully these will iron out when the new engine mounts go in.
It’s funny how things pan out, I bought a bunch of stuff from a guy and the majority was beetle stuff but in the bottom of a tin was a bunch of wing nuts and seat clamps.

Sweet, I need some middle seat clamps still without the knobs on them. I ended up with all rear seat clamps!

Ssshhhh Dion. Wiz still hasn’t been let in on the LLRCOA (Life Long Resto Club of Australia). It’s an exclusive club and I’m just not sure he has the patience to be a member. Bus looks as rad as ever by the way.

I heard that the only way into the LLRCOA is to demonstrate the need for replacement section rust repairs on previously done replacement panel rust repairs. Could be wrong, wouldn’t be the first time.

I hear all that! Settled into this place for another 12months so getting motivated again to get into it. Hard when we’ve moved twice in the past 3 years, hate unpacking it just to repackage it again. Kids are older so hopefully can get more time on it.
Need the government to sort out the budget and allocate money for car projects.. haha
