Making a living has intervened, with luck the coming summer will see progress.
So........weld the four floor pieces together of just glue them all together when the floor is bonded down?

Just glue the 4 pieces on separately, you can do 2 at a time if you like
Just have a trial fit before hand working out the way they go together and put a couple of screws in them so you have a reference point when they go back together
Epoxy prime them and seam seal the joints

Thanks. In the olden days they would have been plug braised (Before TIG/Mig was used much in panel work), finish up with a lot of cleaning up and burnt paint, Bonding seems a lot neater way of going about it.

Day 5 Repaired the broken hinge on the Driver Side door and fitted it, so the panel side of it is done
Fitted the front end and gearbox
Pick up tyres tomorrow
