Hours spent to achieve little. Bit rewarding regardless.

Prick of a job and finding more rust along that area, so may need to take out what I’ve done and redo it again!

Getting into the window again, the repair section I had wasn’t the best fit, so had to be manipulated a bit to suit. Got most of it done but ran out of time before kids an chores dammit!

Took out more again an made up an inside section panel to suit.

Some update.
Got a rotisserie. Saw this years ago and was amazed by how good it looked and worked. Was offered it a while back, was out of budget. Came up again for sale a bit cheaper, worked out a deal and grabbed it. Near on 6 hours of slowly getting it up and ready..

Here it is in the foreground

Running gear out, balancing on 4 stands..

Lower strengthening beams installed.

Middle beam and upright frame on.

Got the back on on and here we go!
Can be flipped upside down it needed.

Goes up and down also for storage.

Need to change the shed now to make more room.

Amazed on how good it is. Can be done with one person, rolls side to side and back and forth depending on the wheel alignment, goes up and down and is solid!

Hosing it out, got to start somewhere and on the chassis rails seemed the best place.

Taking off the door bottom, replace with a “new” section from an old door bottom. Will be a fun time.

Slowly getting back to the bus, got some of the door cut and prepping it for welding.

Need to make up the corner section still before welding anything in.
