Bulkhead in , floor welded in and tank separation panels almost done, have a new late model one and a rusty early one, guess I’ll have to get another one either early or late to make them both the same, maybe fit the fuel tank tomorrow

Joint effort Wiz.

I just did the foot work, while you zigged, zagged and pivoted around.

Front panel had a lot of bog in it, so I just cut out the bad stuff and am using the front nose piece from my Dual Cab
Badge helps to line it all up

The piece from my Dual Cab fits nicely, can’t say the same for the lower Gerson panel, got a bit of wiggle room as you see by the texta mark

Welded the floor patches in, getting very close to finishing up the welding of the underside, and close to painting it underneath
Started to make a bench seat for it, moving it back a fair bit. Roger is over 6 feet so I’ll just use board and foam for the bottom and back. 50 mm foam for the back and 100mm foam for the bottom, should get him lower and further back in the seat

Welded the front patches, drivers side is the worst, dipped in a fair bit, borrowed Matt’s stud puller, will have a crack at that tomorrow
Other than that I will have to watch out on the line fade out when I start bog work

Yeah don’t let that crease go any further down than factory spec. Quality control will have their measuring stick out for post bog inspection
