Thought I’d make a start on my diesel heater fuel tank
Couldn’t have any plastic fantastic in the mango
Been on the look out for a og paint with patina fuel tank off a lawn mower, think I’ve found perfect candidate

Been working away on fitting the tank in the bus
Made some mods to the tank holder for it to fit in the bus
Also saved the og patina silver metal sticker
To the uneducated this was actually a factory option back in the day to fit diesel heater to a bus and this little unit was called ( The little UTILITY) produced in the back block of eastern Melbourne
Almost sounds believable
Anyway happy how it looks
Another step closer

Been keen to make a important accessory for the mango
Now to the uneducated these were a Aussie accessory made in Melbourne in the suburb of Carlton just off lygon st by couple of brothers when they weren’t making pizzas
To hold the coffee cups and Peroni beers
.
.
Anyway been collecting patina shower accessories holders
To make my drinks holders

One down one to go
Went with the door card option as opposed to something on the dash, keen to keep the dash uncluttered

Great idea on thinking outside of the circle with your 'factory' diesel tank option. M CODE 111

Looks good, the staff really were ahead of their time 8)

Wiring

Chasing black with red chaser from fuse block to master cylinder
Lucky I’ve got a “pick a part “ on the farm my luck was black with red tracer was in stock

Shaun is running similar LED's in his Mango tail lights, i was very impressed with how bright they light up. There is no excuse for someone tapping into you that's for sure.

Nice one on that wiring.

Good to see you have your work light set up, even in broad daylight. Time to go to Specsavers Brad
